SOUND BATH
Listen. Soften. Receive.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants rest comfortably while being guided through layers of live, therapeutic sound. At LA MAISON HOME, this heart-centered ceremony begins with gentle grounding and guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gong. The vibrations and frequencies move through the body to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep states of rest.
This is a slow, spacious experience—no movement or prior experience required. Guests are invited to simply lie down, listen, and receive, allowing the sounds to soften the mind, open the heart, and create space for reflection, release, and renewal.
DEATH OVER COFFEE.
Every last Wednesday of the month, 7pm
Death Over Coffee is a community-focused event that invites participants to gather and discuss Grief, Dying and Death. In the hopes of supporting a reclamation of Death as a fundamental part of Life, Death Over Coffee is an open invitation to explore whatever participants wish to discuss, and to do so in a space that is free of judgement

KIRTAN
Sunday, 7-10pm
Kirtan is a sacred practice of devotional chanting originating in India and rooted in Sanātana Dharma — the eternal path. Through the collective chanting of ancient mantras, we remember, invoke, and offer ourselves to the Divine through sound.
This a celebration of love ~ a heart-opening gathering. Through the power of call-and-response chanting, rhythm, and deep listening, we dissolve the boundaries of self and awaken into the One Heart.
In its deeper essence, Kirtan is also a path of purification. When offered with full presence, devotion, and surrender, it becomes a sacred fire where emotional blockages, mental noise, and karmic residues are released and return back to Source. In this transmutation, the chant becomes Nada Yoga ∞ a spiritual practice that cleanses the body, heart, and mind, restoring clarity, harmony, peace, joy and wholeness.
Each gathering is held in a space where silence is honored as deeply as chanting, music and dance. Between chants, we rest in stillness, allowing the vibrations to integrate and the heart to speak. This is not merely a concert or an event, it is a gathering of remembrance. A return. A transmission of Sanatana Dharma. A portal into the Divine within.
Come chant, dance and celebrate with us.
Bring your family and your friends, we are walking each other hOMe.
