Inspired by traditional teachings of Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha Yoga, our practices are guided by mindful breathwork, uplifting music, and a rhythmic flow that encourages relaxation, joy, and inner calm. Suitable for all levels, classes are held in a welcoming studio environment where you can move at your own pace and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and at peace.

Begin your morning with a gentle ritual of presence, movement, and nourishment. This two-hour experience includes a soft yoga flow blended with restorative yin, guiding you into relaxation, grounding, and nervous system balance. Movement, breath, and stillness create space to slow down and reconnect.
The practice is followed by intentional nourishment from Café Sage: a wholesome smoothie bowl and a revitalizing ginger shot to support immune health and awaken vital energy. A simple, nourishing pause for body, breath, and spirit.

As winter deepens, you are invited to slow down and return to body, breath, and presence. In the warm, candlelit setting of La Maison Home, Nancy guides a gentle, mindful yoga practice inspired by an intimate and grounded approach. Open to all bodies and all levels, this class offers a quiet pause to breathe deeply, move with ease, rest in stillness, and cultivate calm, clarity, and embodied presence. There is nothing to achieve — only to arrive.
KIDS
YOGA.
With MEL SÉGUIN
A playful and calming space to move, breathe, and have fun. This joyful kids yoga class made for kids between 5 and 12 years old, blends movement, breathing, games, and relaxation through imagination and mindful play. Children are encouraged to explore their bodies, build confidence, improve focus, and develop body awareness in a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment.
